A Youtuber, teacher, entrepreneur, cook, musician, astronaut, DJ or scientist? \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n

“What do I want to become when I grow up?” remains the top-of-head question that for generations and generations kids have kept on asking themselves! This question is still valid for today’s youngsters too\u2026 even if something HAS changed!<\/p>\n

The world children face today is liquid, if not gaseous sometimes. “Flexibility<\/strong><\/em>” is one of the talents that today’s generation must develop instead of the outdated \u2018fixed-place mentality\u2019 that prevailed until the end of the past century.<\/p>\n

GC&P lives and breathes the strong need for Innovation<\/strong><\/em>, Freshness<\/strong><\/em>, Flexibility<\/strong> <\/em>and Intuition<\/strong> <\/em>that characterizes today\u2019s work life.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

For this reason, we are sensitive to the current generations\u2019 needs, and we want to help them make one of the most important choices of their lives.<\/p>\n

That’s why today we were guests at the “Jacopo da Ponte” Scientific High School<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/span> in Bassano del Grappa (VI).<\/p>\n

With Chiara Tasinazzo<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/span>, one of our Human Resources Experts and Life & Business Coach, we held an open meeting on the topic:<\/p>\n

FIND YOUR BEARINGS, CHOOSE AND BECOME AWARE OF YOUR OWN RESOURCES!<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

The students planned and organized an intense morning of workshops dedicated to their “self-awareness” and “future choices”.<\/p>\n

Nice themes, Nice challenge, Great job guys and girls!<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\n

It is in this context that GC&P added a presentation on \u2018The future, to the world of work, to the path to know oneself better and build one’s identity\u2019!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Chiara stated: “The ideal choice stems from a person who has spent time getting to know him\/herself, after having stood in front of the mirror for long in order to find out \u2018Which is the \u2018right job\u2019 for me\u2019 as a natural answers to the question \u2018Who Am I?\u2019”<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/div>\n

Here are some strategies that Chiara suggested:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
  • Observe<\/strong> who’s around you, with great curiosity<\/strong>: then imagine yourself in their shoes;<\/li>\n
  • Spend time<\/strong> in environments where you’d like to live in future work and ask<\/strong> everyone as many questions<\/strong> as you will;<\/li>\n
  • Make the most of your imagination<\/strong>\u2026 where you can create<\/strong> everything, where you might also find anxiety and crises, but, above all, where you will find endless possibilities<\/strong> and opportunities;<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Enter the world of work<\/strong> as early as possible to experience the behaviours and abilities<\/strong> most suitable to your “self”.<\/li>\n
  • Remember: Satisfaction<\/strong> and Achievement <\/strong>must reign supreme in whatever work you do. It\u2019s up to you!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

     <\/p>\n

    It is for these reasons that it is extremely important to foresee and give life to as many possible scenarios, roads, mistakes, “mental films” and use one\u2019s imagination as much as possible.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

     <\/p>\n

    It is essential to be aware and keep in mind: there is no ideal job, but with commitment devoted to a continuous and constant investigative and evolutionary process, we can create and live the ideal professional activity that will make us feel happy and fulfilled, day in day out.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
