The European Laboratory for Innovation and Profitability is an initiative GC&P is about to launch in cooperation with our International Partners BMA, PFS, OPTIMIZE SERVICES, JMGS to provide managers, entrepreneurs, professionals with new ideas to improve their businesses under every aspect: operations, product development, marketing, distribution, accounting. Our experience clearly shows that lean principles and tools can be applied also to these areas or better still that if these areas are involved the benefits of a lean transformation become much more significant.<\/p>\n

It is our conviction that a company should be lean, not only in manufacturing, but everywhere and under every aspect. Our Laboratory will focus on these three areas: Supply chain and production, Marketing and Innovation, Management Accounting. For each of these areas we will organize, in the three year period 2010-2012, seminars, webseminars, workshops, conventions open to all companies. Special courses and consulting services will be provided to those companies who will require them. Our first seminars and workshops will be held in the wonderful structure of La Fornace dell\u2019 Innovazione in Asolo. These same seminars and workshops will be repeated in other areas of Northern Italy, in Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom, Belgium.<\/p>\n

Taking advantage of the enormous possibilities offered by the Internet, we plan to give also a few webseminars during which our attendees will be in a position to interact with our experts while comfortably seated in their offices or homes.<\/p>\n

In the same three year period we plan to carry out studies and researches and to publish articles on some of the major national and international journals and specialized manuals for each area.<\/p>\n

The first manual, entirely devoted to the theory and practice of \u201cLean Accounting\u201d will be in Italian and will be published in 2010.<\/p>\n

Our initiatives will be facilitated through the use of funds provided by the European Union to foster innovation and training.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
