At present China too is feeling the effects of the world crisis. But this great country seems to know how to face the problem in a determined and effective way.<\/p>\n
In order to make up for she slowing down of foreign demand the government has launched a massive plan of domestic investments (486 billion US Dollars).<\/p>\n
This new economic strategy will enlarge Chinese market and it will create a unique opportunity to increase Italian export toward China.<\/p>\n
In order to better understand this new economic situation GC&P organized a visit to China at the beginning of December. During our short but intense tour we had the opportunity to visit some very important areas (Shanghai, Nanjing, Qingdao e Beijing) and to explore various business opportunities.<\/p>\n
What we saw gave us a new motivation to develop a number of services for Italian and European companies willing to take the enormous opportunities offered by the \u201cCelestial Empire\u201d:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Consulting services for Italian companies with branches or factories in China<\/p>\n
\u2022 Organization of business tours in China for Italian entrepreneurs interested in selling their products in this country. We could see that the interest for Italian products (design, fashion, food and much else) is very high.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Organization of business tours for Chinese entrepreneurs willing to know the Italian and European market, to create new business contacts, to participate in trade fairs.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Promotion of \u201ctwinnings\u201d between Chinese and Italian towns in order to encourage cultural and economic exchanges with the support of public institutions<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cooperation with local universities in order to spread the concepts and methods of lean thinking.<\/p>\n
These services are but a first step toward the more ambitious joint project of GC&P and OffiCina to create a bridge between Italy and China in order not only to develop economic exchanges, but also to generate business ideas and common development and improvement projects.<\/p>\n
