Lean Organization is a set of principles, techniques and methods which have a single, clear goal: to make a company more competitive<\/b>. Our Master Class will concentrate on how to make operations lean. We will explain lean methods and tools aimed at improving production, planning, warehouse management, purchasing. By means of simulations and real cases we will explain also the ideal path to an effective lean transformation. The Master Class is thought for SMEs.<\/p>\n
