As part of its Change Management and Human Resources Management services, GC&P has decided to devote one of its Master Classes to those people inside SMEs (Entrepreneurs and Managers) who are the main actors of change and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
The first edition of our Master Class \u201cTo be entrepreneurs today\u201d took place in November 2012. The positive feedback we received encouraged us to organise a new edition in June 2013 on the theme \u201cThe human resource: a limitless potential\u201d.<\/p>\n
According to a program that included various meetings we dealt with many of the problems that people with high levels of responsibility have to face every day. Our purpose was to create a moment of constructive debate and to offer concrete and practical ideas and solutions.<\/p>\n
