Is it possible to apply Lean Thinking out of the production process?<\/b><\/p>\n
Luckily yes.<\/b><\/p>\n
Lean techniques can be applied to all areas: human resources management, management accounting, administration, customer service, ICT.<\/p>\n
The basic principles are the same as those applied in production, while the techniques can be sometimes the same and sometimes different.<\/p>\n
Our Master Class “La Lean all’interno degli uffici” (Lean thinking and office work) has the\u00a0purpose<\/b>\u00a0to present the techniques and tools that can be used in the above areas in order to eliminate waste and maximize value.<\/p>\n
Our presenters are consultants with a significant experience of lean transformation projects in areas outside the production process.<\/p>\n
They will start analyzing the problems of a functional organization structure, which is the main obstacle to a lean transformation, and will highlight the benefits of an organization by Processes or Value Streams.<\/p>\n
